UNTITLED

*climbs the roof* it's Friday my lovelies... the way this week dragged on ehn, I thought Friday wouldn't reach again. How did your week go? Mine was very uneventful so don't bother asking...
When I read of the Khalifa and Amber's split, I started to declare undying love for BAE... then, voila! I heard Jason Derulo was back in the market... I'm torn! Do I stay with BAE or should I return to my man? Please advise me... Well it's Friday again, and for those of you who will be participating in a lil turning up activity, remember Jesus loves you...
My main aim of writing this letter post, is to ask a question, that's why it's untitled. I want everybody, and I mean everybody: male, female, gay, straight, tall, short, black or white, *borrows Tibs bazooka* Oya line up to the comment section and make sure you answer the question.
Yesterday, one of my main guys' BBM status read: "so when a guy refuses to take advantage of you, you tag him wicked, heartless, incapable of loving, even gay... Na so abi?"
Being the aproko that I am, and most importantly, considering the fact that he's my guy, I had to get to the root of the matter, so I chatted him up.
He said that a lot of ladies have the orientation that to get a guy they have a crush on, the first step is to have sex with him. When they then find out he wants to pass up the opportunity to get some, they tag him wicked, gay, etc. So I asked if he was speaking from experience and he said yes.
Before I continue, I'm using this opportunity to call out the ladies that called my guy those names. *hides behind Funmi Reese* if you have the liver, come and repeat those names to my face.
The thing is that I actually know this guy on aa personal level and I know that he's one of the nicest persons I know (other than me sha) with a big heart and I know for sure that he's as straight as the word straight. But I also know that he's cute and successful, so the woman trouble is inevitable.

Prayer of a righteous woman

To meet this guy in person, please apply within...

So here's what I told him: I don't think they actually mean those names. I just think it's a way to "blackmail" you to do what they want especially when they know that calling you those names while shedding a little tears will make you helpless... all na stunt.
But really o, a guy that tries to help you keep your self-respect intact after you've flung it to the streets is wicked? Na wa o!!
So my lovelies, what do you think? Ladies, do you think guys that refuse to take advantage of you are wicked or gay? Guys, have you experienced anything like this before? Please tell us about it and how you "solved" it.
P.S: it's allowed to be anonymous today but make sure you say something.

Till the next time I see you, Stay Beautiful and SHINE TEETH
XOXO

  4. It's a nice post...i think the girls in question don't actually believe those things dey say...they r jst surprised and frustrated dat som1 resisted them seeing as they tot their shallow selves irresistible. Ppl must realise dat sex isn't a prize for good behaviour or in dis case a tool of entrapment...d reason to engage is bcz its fun and enjoyable for both parties.

  5. I think we women always feel we are all that so when a guy refuses an offer of sex which we feel he should be excited about then our pride gets dented and the next thing is to try to hurt him as much as we can.
You know that saying" hell hath no fury than a woman scorned"
    Yep. That sums it up.
Personally i haven't ever experienced something like that sha. But if i wanna have sex with a guy and he says no,i will feel bad but i wont call him names oh.
    No be by force nah.

  9. Hahahahhahahaha, the 'hyperactivity' of this post eh. When a guy refuses to take advantage of a girl, it could be one, two or three things. Either he respects her enough not to take advantage, he does not find her attractive or he is gay!
